From fast, high-energy jigs and reels to captivating airs and songs, Emily Ann Thompson’s performance is energetic, passionate, and engaging to all ages. She performs traditional Irish, Scottish, and Canadian music in a fresh and original style. Emily Ann also sings in English and Irish Gaelic, and adds clogging and Irish dance. Emily Ann’s husband, Kelly, joins her on guitar, percussion, and vocals.

Emily Ann tours nationally and she has been performing over 100 shows per year since 2010. Emily has shared the stage with bands such as Gaelic Storm and Ireland’s own Tommy Sands. Venues and festival performances include: Indy Irish Fest, Cape Coral Irish Fest, Kalamazoo Irish Fest, Erie Irish Festival, Bitterroot Celtic Games & Gathering, Indiana State Fair, River Roots Folk Festival, Carmel International Arts Festival, Madison Chautauqua Festival of Art, Columbus Ethnic Expo, Indy Folk Series, and 2010 and 2012 tours in Ireland. In addition she has been a featured artist on several radio stations including WITT (Indianapolis, IN), WSLR (Sarasota, FL), and Jet FM in Ireland. Emily Ann has recorded two albums and a third album titled “Waves of Erin” is coming soon.
