Indy Eleven players, coordinator R. Townsend, along with V. Brose of Eskenazi Health join the Vonnegut Library in challenging 8th graders from Harshman Magnet Middle School (after reading Vonnegut’s book Slaughterhouse Five in any language students read best) to write 1,500 words on how coping with their own suffering and adversity has shaped their understanding of Slaughterhouse Five. The winner and runner-up for this competition will be recognized.
