Full Job Description
Our company is searching for a qualified Ticket Service Associate responsible for ticket sales transactions and customer service to patrons. Provide information and sales opportunities for events and activities. This position is highly visible and interacts with patrons, sponsors, vendors, and rental clients. Represents the company, collectives, and rental clients at performances and events. Must be knowledgeable of computerized ticketing systems and operations, internet, and social media pages.

Reports to:

Director of Marketing and Sales
Requirements:

Must have a Retail/Hospitality/Attraction customer service experience
Must have an interest in the performing arts
Must have knowledge of computers and ticketing software management
Preferably with previous experience with Audience View Select is a plus
Should be flexible to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays if required
Should pass the background check
Should be 21 years of age or older
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
