This Request for Qualifications is to engage an artist to provide a sculpture for the front of the terminal facility at the Fort Wayne International Airport.

BUDGET: $312,500

ELIGIBILITY: Artists at least 18 years of age and who have completed at least 5 previous projects of a similar scale, scope, and/or budget

The purpose of the sculpture is to provide a focal point for the terminal facility and a pleasant experience for visitors to the NE Indiana air gateway.

After review of qualifications, up to 5 artists will be selected to develop a proposal that includes a three-dimensional maquette of the proposed sculpture. Each artist will be compensated $1,000 for this proposal (the proposal fee will be applied to the commission value for the selected artist).
