Indianapolis Ballet is seeking an individual with a passion for the arts and the organizational skills needed to manage finance and operations for a growing nonprofit. Reporting to the Executive Director, with a primary focus on finance, this position includes HR and operations management, ensuring that everyone has the tools they need to do their best work. Attention to detail, exceptional time management, and excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English are requirements of the position. Knowledge of classical ballet is encouraged, but not required.
