Volunteer Notes and FAQs

Volunteer Duties:

Volunteers will assist with a variety of duties including, but not limited to, set up and tear down, vendor management, family activity booth management, Black Joy experience assistance, traffic and parking control, etc.

Volunteer Requirements:

Masks, gloves, and individual bottles of hand sanitizer are provided. Volunteers are welcome to wear their own face mask.  Masks are not required but strongly encouraged. Temperature will be taken upon arrival.  Volunteers must be 18 years or older.

Parking:

With limited space for parking, the Festival attempts to provide onsite parking or shuttle services.

Volunteer Shifts:

Shift One: 8:00 am – 11:00 am
Shift Two: 10:45 am – 1:45 pm
Shift Three: 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Shift Four: 4:15 pm – 7:15 pm
Shift Five: 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Register today! Register by 12p, Sunday July 31st. Include your name, phone number and volunteer shift. You will receive a volunteer experience confirmation email and link to the Volunteer Training on Thursday, August 4th at 6p. Questions? Send us an email at volunteer@ganggangculture.com.
