Constellation Stage and Screen is looking for a full-time audience services manager to start October 3, 2022.

The Audience Services Manager oversees most patron-facing operations, including ticket sales / box office, patron communications and engagement, front-of-house, and concessions for Constellation Stage & Screen’s theatrical and film seasons. As an essential, public-facing employee, the Audience Services Manager serves as the first-point-of-contact for most donors and patrons.

Key responsibilities include Ticket Sales Management; Subscriber/Patron & Education Program Customer Engagement; Box Office, Front-of-House (FOH), and Concessions Management; Special Student Matinee Performance Coordination; Support of Donor Engagement and Stewardship; and Support of Playbill Coordination.
