The Lotus Education and Arts Foundation (LEAF), a non-profit arts organization based in Bloomington, Indiana, seeks a dynamic full-time Executive Director to advance the organization’s mission of celebrating diversity through world music and arts. LEAF’s major initiatives include the renowned Lotus World Music Festival, now in its 30th year, robust arts education programming, and the Lotus Firebay, a newly-opened arts performance space in LEAF’s building. 

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, creative thought leader and team player who demonstrates collaborative management, transparency, integrity, curiosity, a growth-through-equity-focused mindset, the ability to work with a broad and diverse network, and a passion for world music and arts.
