The Bloomington Arts Commission, in collaboration with the Center for Chemical Innovation and CFC Properties, is issuing an RFP for a mural to be located on the alley wall on the east side of The Kirkwood Apartments, 315 W Kirkwood Avenue. The mural site is accessible from the alley immediately west of WonderLab and visible from Kirkwood Avenue and the B-Line Trail. The mural is focused on the importance of size and scale to everyday life – you can be as creative with that concept as you like!

The budget for this project, including artist fee, materials, and supplies, is $10,000.
