The Addams Family

WHO: Footlite is an all volunteer community theater. We seek a diverse cast.

WHEN: Saturday, July 30 and Sunday, July 31 at 1:00 p.m.

WHERE: Auditions will take place at the Hedback Community Theater, home of Footlite Musicals, 1847 North Alabama Street in Indianapolis.

Please prepare a verse of a song that best shows your vocal range, and bring sheet music in the appropriate key. An accompanist is provided. Also dress very comfortably and be prepared for dance.

Production dates are September 23, 24, 25, 29, 30 and October1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 2016

Morticia and Gomez Addams

Wednesday Addams (stage age 18-20) and her brother Pugsley Addams (stage age 10-12)

Uncle Fester, Grandma and Lurch

Lucas Beineke (Wednesday’s boyfriend stage age 20)
Mal and Alice Beineke (Lucas’ parents)

ABOUT THE SHOW:   This magnificently macabre tale features an original story about a father’s worst nightmare. Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family – a man her parents have never met. To make things worse, Wednesday makes her father promise to keep this secret from her mother.  Everything changes on that fateful night they host a dinner party for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents. Come meet the family and we’ll leave the lights off for you.
