Booth spaces are approximately 10’’ x 10′. Cost is $20 if you register by June 30, 2017, $30 if you register thereafter. . Indoor and outdoor booths are available. Indoor is first come, first serve. Please email us pictures of your work and booth setup if you have it, to give an idea of what you do and to post on the festival Facebook page and other media to publicize the event. If there is more than one vendor in a booth, both vendors need to fill our the application, noting on top who they are sharing with. The applications can be attached and mailed together.

All work MUST be handmade only by the vendor. Only original, handmade arts and crafts or vendors selling art supplies are welcome.Vendors are encouraged to demonstrate their arts and crafts process. All genres of artists and craftsmen are welcome as long as what you display is family friendly. (painters of all genres, fiber artists, woodworkers, glass blowers, fiber artists, sculpture and assemblage, jewelers, photographers, potters, soap makers, crafters. etc.)

1. Set up is available Friday, October 6, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for indoor vendors and begins at 7:00 am on Saturday for everyone.. Please arrive no later than 8:15 am. All exhibits must be in place by 8:55am. Clean up and tear down will begin promptly after 5:00pm.
2. Exhibitor agrees to confine all display and selling activity within the assigned booth space. Do not block other booths or items. And agrees to maintain the dignity and integrity of our host, Art Sanctuary, its members and visitors by remembering we will have visitors of all ages and all work displayed must be appropriate for viewing by all visitors. Community Arts Festival reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if not acting in the best interest of the building and visitors. .
3. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, and public safety.
4. Exhibitor agrees that application fee is non-refundable.
5. Exhibitor assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to the facility as a result of his/her use of the gallery, whether or not caused by negligence.
6. No torches, open flames, candles, confetti, or glitter are allowed indoors. Community Arts Festival reserves the right to deny the use of any space or room to any applicant for any reason. Violation of terms of use may result in immediate termination of agreement.
7. Art Sanctuary will not be held responsible for any damages or losses occurred during the duration of event.
8. I give permission for any uses of photographs taken of me or of my child(ren) in any display or advertising use whether in print or in digital publications.
