The Saints Francis and Clare Fall Festival 2017 would like to announce the eighth annual Art in the Park. On Friday, September 22, 2017 and Saturday, September 23, 2017, this upscale indoor event will feature local artists displaying and selling their masterpieces while local wines and desserts are offered. Artists have the opportunity to partake in this event by submitting the application and appropriate registration fee to apply for a limited space.

Dates and Times

• Friday, September 22, 2017
  • Set-up time: 2pm – 5pm
  • Show: 5pm– 9pm
• Saturday, September 23, 2017
  • Show: 12pm – 9pm
  • Tear down time: 9pm – 10pm

Booth

• Spaces are assigned at the discretion of the Festival Committee
• Indoors
• 10′ X 10′
• Each exhibitor must provide his or her own display
• All materials, such as tables, chairs, etc, must be provided by the artist
• Tent recommended to define space

Artwork

• All artwork must be handcrafted by the artist
• Artists must be present during the show
• The Festival Committee reserves the right to reject or eject any exhibitor from the fair for any unruly
  misconduct or engaging in any illegal activity

Application Fee

• $75
• Any “Insufficient funds” checks will result in rejection from the show
