ARTWORK EXHIBITION
Presented by International Marketplace Coalition

The International Marketplace Coalition seeks works of art that explore the cultures and countries of the world for the World Arts Expo – Friday, August 17, 2018 from 5-9pm – at 3685 Commercial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46222.

THEME
Works exploring the cultures and countries of the world.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to individuals who are 18 years or older and minors with parental consent who identify as international artists residing in the state of Indiana. All works must have been completed within the past 2 years. Works in progress will also be considered for entry and upon acceptance must be completed by delivery deadline.

SPECIFICATIONS
Maximum size is 48 inches in any dimension. All works must be framed or suitably presented. Wall hanging pieces must have D ring attachments with wire only. Plexiglas glazing preferred. Hanging works may not exceed 80 lbs.

ACCEPTED MEDIUMS
All mediums will be considered for entry, however, some works may not be accepted due to available space, flow, and hazard issues.

DIGITAL IMAGES
International Marketplace Coalition reserves the right to refuse any accepted work which is judged to be significantly different from the entered digital image and/or sketch/concept of work/s in progress.

SALES
All entered work must be available for sale. International Marketplace Coalition will encourage the sale of works. Interested parties will be directed to IMC staff. The IMC collects a 20% commission on all sales of art.

ENTRY PROCEDURE

Send digital images with file names that identify the work and/or sketch/concept of work/s in progress, entry form, curriculum vitae or resume, a headshot, and a short and long biography VIA THIS FORM or to Maria at mmanalang@imcoalition.org. Or mail your entry to:

DELIVERY AND RETURN OF WORKS
Works must be hand-delivered. Deliveries made after due date will be returned. Deliver accepted works to the above mentioned address. Works must be picked up within a month of the close of the exhibition. Works left after that time become property of International Marketplace Coalition.

LIABILITY
International Marketplace Coalition will not insure works while in their possession. All reasonable care will be given to the works while in our custody. You are welcome to insure your works on your own terms while in their possession.

REPRODUCTION
International Marketplace Coalition reserves the right to reproduce accepted works in, but not limited to, promotional materials and publications.
