PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Arts for Learning Indiana, the oldest and largest provider of professional arts education programs for children in the state, is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Program Director.

The Program Director (PD) will develop, manage, coordinate, implement, and maintain partnerships in schools and communities in central Indiana. The PD will lead in facilitating arts programming and projects involving residencies, workshops and performances.

Qualified participants will have several years of related experience in arts management, education and/or the arts and a bachelor’s degree. Excellent organizational and project management skills and effective oral and written skills are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel. This is a full-time position, typical office hours are 8:30 – 4:30 pm.
