THEME & ELIGIBILITY: Professional artists ages 18 or over residing in Indiana that can create visual elements to highlight epic imagination, zany practices, and mad talent.

KEY WORDS: worldy, vibrant, wild, unusual, strange, provoking, experienced, skilled, talented, detailed, crafty, spooky, superb, fine, peerless, fantasy, crazy, freaky, fascinating, steam-punk, surrealism, and abstract inspired art work.
