Engaging Solutions has partnered with several organizations to launch a community program in the effort to collaborate with the community on solutions that will help improve future mobility experiences in the city for residents, commuters and travelers, enhancing access, quality of life, and affordability.

They have a series of working sessions coming up where they invite local residents to share their concerns, ideas, and hopes for better mobility experience.

They will need a visual note-taker for at least two sessions.  The content for workshops will remain the same but discussion may vary depending on location and crowd.  They will use note-taker for at least 1.5 hours of each workshop and then the participants will break into smaller groups and take their own notes.

DETAILS:

Workshops are in Marion County locations.

They will have 6 speakers (audience will listen first and a 20 minute panel discussion will take place)
35-50 attendees

Deadline to submit for the first workshop is April 12th.
