Eleven Fifty Academy seeks artists to incorporate original artwork onto exterior walls outside of its downtown Indianapolis headquarters.
BUDGET: $9,000 – $12,000 (inclusive of all artist materials and equipment rental)

Project Description
Eleven Fifty Academy is moving into a new headquarters in downtown Indianapolis, at 151 Ohio St. They are looking to commission a mural (or a combination of murals) to be painted onto the existing concrete panels or digitally scanned and printed on vinyl. This project will be completed in the fall of 2019.

Artwork Information
Artwork should be painted onto the existing concrete panels or digitally scanned and printed on vinyl. The portion of the wall that will be covered by panels is approximately 900 square feet.
Compensation
Commissions will range from $9,000 to $12,000 depending on artist experience and the amount of the wall covered. Commissions are inclusive of design, travel, artists’ fees, materials, labor, insurance coverage, and all associated costs relating to the design and production of wall-based artwork.

Selection Process
Eleven Fifty Academy will receive submissions from interested artists according to the instructions in this Call for Artists. The Eleven Fifty Academy team will review submitted qualifications to identify an artist. Selected artist(s) will work directly with the Eleven Fifty Academy to develop a design for the mural.
