Studio Instructor

The Art Lab is looking for contracted instructors to teach occasional
birthday parties and children’s art classes. Contracted instructors would work with the director to follow previously developed lesson plans for birthday parties as well as construct new lessons for classes.

Ideal candidates would be instructors who are able to teach a wide age range and several art media at an introductory level. Ideally applicants would have some teaching experience and pursuing an art education or studio art degree or have said degree.

Pay ranges with experience from $18 – 30 / hr teaching time. Pay does not include time spent on lesson plans but is expected to prepare for classes.
