The Martinsville Arts Council announces the opening of Flourish Gallery, a new arts space dedicated to the growth of the arts in Morgan and the surrounding counties. Located on the square in Martinsville, IN – Flourish will offer a cooperative gallery, special exhibition space and classes for artistic development.
