Call for Artists - 2020: An Online Juried Exhibition

The Indiana Artist Network announces a call to artists for their first online juried exhibition titled, “2020.” What does 2020 mean to you? Artists of all backgrounds are invited to submit work that responds to this question. This show will begin on Friday, August 14th and end on Friday, September 18th, 2020. Selected artwork will be featured on the IAN website and social media channels. Awards will be given. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, August 5th, 2020.

Specifications: If you have been successfully added to the IAN artist database, you may submit up to THREE works. If you have not applied to the artist database, you may submit ONE work for consideration. All media and styles will be considered. In order to apply, please email the following information to indianaartistnetwork@gmail.com.

Title of email: 2020, first and last name (Example, “2020, Kayla Smith”)
Images: IAN artist database applicants: Up to three images of artwork. Non-database artists: One image of artwork.

Description list of work(s) – Title, medium, size, and year

Eligibility: This show is open to artists of all backgrounds living and working throughout the state of Indiana. Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply.

Theme: What does 2020 mean to you?

Entry fee: Submissions to this virtual exhibition are FREE. For those interested in donating to the Indiana Artist Network, please visit their website at www.indianaartistnetwork.com/donate.

Sales: All submitted works are not required to be for sale. Should any artwork sell through this exhibition, artists will retain 100% of the proceeds.

Awards and online voting: First, second, and third place awards will be given. Additionally, there will be a “People’s Choice” award. The Indiana Artist Network will open up voting to the public on Friday, August 14th. The artist who receives the most votes by September 18th will earn a solo virtual feature with the Indiana Artist Network.
