When is it funny, and when is it wrong? 

In this short adaptation of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, a pair of young readers get pulled into the tricks and lies the surprising characters commit for reasons both good and bad.

  • Performance area minimum: 18’ across, 22’ deep, and 11’ height for the Performance;
  • Access to electricity and one extension cord reaching performance area;
  • Options for hospitality appropriate for the audience size and location of the Performance, including an audience area with minimal sight line obstructions, restrooms, and reasonable accommodations for audience accessibility to see and hear the Performance;
  • A report to Artist comprising a good faith demographic estimation of the audience including: number, ranges of age, and ethnicity of the persons attending the Performance.

Cancellation Policy
  • By Artist: If for any reason other than an act of God or force majure, it shall become necessary for Artist to cancel Artist’s performance, the cancellation shall be subject to the following conditions:
    1. If notice of cancellation is made thirty (30) days or more in advance of the Performance date, there will be no penalty or damage to be paid by Artist to Venue.
    2. If notice is made less than thirty (30) days in advance of the Performance date, Artist will be responsible for the reimbursement of any costs already incurred by Venue, limited only to the promotion and/or production of the Performance by Venue.
    3. The notice by Artist provided in the previous sub-sections must be made in writing stating the reasons for the cancellation.
  • By Venue: In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances beyond the control of Venue, which renders it impossible or impracticable for Venue to hold the Performance, the following conditions shall apply:
    1. lf the cancellation is communicated in writing and by phone to Artist less than four (4) hours before the scheduled Performance, Venue will pay Artist fifty (50%) percent of the full Artist Payment Production Fee
