Black & Blue–On the Road with Jack White

Black & Blue–On the Road with Jack White

Presented by Herron Galleries at Herron School of Art and Design

Fats Kaplin, one of America’s most inventive instrumentalists who accompanied White on these tours, generously provided posters from his private collection and coordinated supplemental materials from his bandmate, Dominic Davis, and Third Man Records.

Black & Blue—On the Road with Jack White is part of an annual series of Herron exhibitions featuring the best illustrators and graphic designers working today. It boasts outstanding contemporary poster design and offers visitors an exclusive glimpse into White’s visionary music.

The exhibition will be on display in the Marsh Gallery from Sept. 17 to Dec. 8, 2021.

Herron’s exhibitions are free and open to the public at Eskenazi Hall, 735 W. New York St. Virtual tours of the exhibitions will be available online. For more information, visit HerronGalleries.org or call 317-278-9410.
