College can be an exciting time, full of significant transitions, expansive learning opportunities, and personal development. It is also a particularly dangerous time for the emergence of body image issues and eating disorders. Dr. Kubal will discuss the prevalence of eating disorders on college campuses and debunk common myths.

Herron events are always free and open to the public. This presentation is hosted in conjunction with the exhibition Imagine Me Beyond What You See, which will be on display in the Herron Galleries from Nov. 3, 2021, to Jan. 27, 2022.

IN-PERSON: Dr. Kubal’s presentation will take place in the Basile Auditorium of Eskenazi Hall. Masks are currently required at indoor events for the health and safety of the IU community.
