Urban line dance encompasses beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of choreographed dances to R&B, Rap, and other urban music from all over the world. It is a great form of cardio exercise that can easily be adjusted to fit the individuals’ level of comfort. Recommendations on alternate moves are offered and encouraged.
