Indianapolis based artist, Will Woodrow is a self-taught painter/sculptor. He’s worked in many mediums including cement, fiberglass, canvas, metal, etc. He has an extensive background as a commercial tradesman which is reflective in the current body of work.

Using a combination of structural engineering, geometry, and technology, his latest process involves digital design/modeling, 3D printing, and his experience in auto/body finishing. His goal was to create complex scalable pieces that are strong, yet lightweight which he’s found in this versatile medium.

His most recent series is a focus on Nostalgia and re-creating 3-dimensional characters, products, and popular culture from the past.

Current and future projects place an emphasis on the fabrication and castings from various precious metals.
