Join instructor Cierra Johnson for this 4-week introductory course on Stress Relief Through Art where students will be able to create a textured abstract that captures their feelings and learn how to engage creativity for emotional awareness.

Notes: Dress comfortably in something you don’t mind getting dirty.
Intro to Stress Relief is an exploratory class for all experience levels designed to introduce some art and stress relief basics. Students are free to share and discuss the resulting artwork if they would like.
