If you want to tell a story, send an email to Ellen@storytellingarts.org or just show up. If you just want to watch the stories from the comfort of home, we’ll be live-streaming the slam on YouTube.com/StorytellingArts.
Rules of the Slam: Stories must be up to five minutes long, personal, true, told in first person, and based on the theme, which can be interpreted narrowly or broadly. We just ask tellers not to use props or read from the page. Prizes will be awarded to the top three tellers.
Note: Parts or all of your story may be posted on our social media or YouTube channel.
