On June 16, three finalists will compete in the Percussive Arts Society’s 2022 Solo Drum Set Competition Finals Concert presented in partnership with the Rhythm! Discovery Center, performing with a live band for a judging panel of world-renowned drummers. This one-of-a-kind concert experience is open to the public.

Drummers aged 18-30 from around the world submitted videos to be considered for the Solo Drum Set Competition Finals. Nine selected semi-finalists will compete June 15 at Rhythm! Discovery Center for a spot in the final.

The Finals Concert will take place June 16 at 7:00 pm in the Indianapolis Artsgarden. Finalists will perform with a live band comprised of Indianapolis musicians for three expert drummers – Matt Greiner, Aaron Spears, and Dave Weckl. Each finalist will play multiple numbers covering a range of genres, giving attendees a full concert experience.
