'Last Word' : An Art Exhibit

'Last Word' : An Art Exhibit

Presented by the Archivist at the Archivist Studios and Shoppe

What does the phrase “last word” mean? What does it mean to have the last word? Is it something heard, said, or read? What does it mean to be the last word? Language can be so elusive; what do the artists tell us?

The Archivist presents an exhibit of artworks by Hoosier artists working in various mediums titled Last Word. This group of individual artists use their skills, talents, and thoughtfulness to help us see what “Last Word” means to them. What might the collective exhibit inspire in you?

Artists exhibiting are Sarah Anderson, Nicole Bock, Mark Curry, Ellery Diaz, Kalen Dye, Janet Fry, Gary Gee, Sydney Green, Jedediah Johnson, April Knauber, Kristi Marsh-Watson, Johnny McKee, Vanessa Monfreda, Katy Newton, Merle Pace, Omar Rashan, Paula Shoultz, Sylvia Thomas, and Julia K Worley.
