Play descriptions:

DADS WITH DEAD KIDS by Zack Neiditch

Five men grapple with grief in its various forms in this dark comedy from Zack Neiditch.

BLACK HAT DUNCAN by Paige Scott

It all began when Deidre received a spicy text message in the middle of the night. There was no predicting that one spicy text would take her down a rabbit hole of intrigue, identity theft, catfishing and radical politics; all leading to the violent unraveling of a crazed cyber terrorist. Set in the current climate, ‘Black Hat Duncan’ is a cautionary tale of the unspoken rules of the internet. The ones that aren’t in the terms and conditions.

I HOPE OF ALL THINGS, I FORGET YOU LAST by Andrew Kramer

The night before they start a new contract job, two strangers meet and test each other’s limits of body, love, and lust. ‘I Hope of All Things, I Forget You Last’ is an intimate exploration of how/(if?) human connection can be possible when the earth’s trying to kill you and the government doesn’t care.

RESKILLING by Christine Kruze

Laura is attending a “Cooking for Dummies” reskilling class as part of her court-ordered probation. When she arrives, she finds a motley crew of other cooking neophytes, all fulfilling a probation requirement for various types of misdemeanors. Their unique stories show how sometimes people choose to live in submission of their fear of evolving and their twisted history.
