Night at the Museum: A Crossroads of Chemistry and Art

The Indiana Local Section of the American Chemical Society invites you to spend an evening at the Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields to learn about the interface of Art and Science. In addition to the museum’s current exhibitions, you can explore the crossroads between art and chemistry through specially arranged conservation demos, a pop-up art analysis lab in the galleries, and a chemistry-themed treasure hunt through the collection.

Tickets include access to all galleries including the special exhibition Stephen Sprouse: Rock, Art, Fashion, 2 drink tickets to the bar, and a light boxed snack as well as entry into THE LUME Indianapolis immersive projection exhibition Monet & Friends Alive. A cash bar will remain open till 10:30PM.

Continuous transportation to and from the museum starts at 5:30PM at the Maryland Street Conference Center entry near West St. The last shuttle leaves the museum at 11:30. Onsite parking is free to those driving.
