Joe Crookston is a songwriter, guitarist, painter, fiddler, slide player, eco-village member and believer in all things possible. Named 2016 Folk Alliance International Artist-in-Resident, he’s played with Suzanne Vega, Dar Williams, David Francey, John McCutcheon, John Gorka, Judy Collins and hundreds more. His songs are cinematic and are being made into award-winning films.

From the first strum of his 1948 Gibson, through stories of Polish farmers, Dylan Thomas, Taoist parables, ex-slaves and drunken roosters, you’ll be drawn in and deeply moved by Joe’s music and stories. He is literate and poignant, with a stage presence that will make you feel as if you’ve been friends for years.
