The Ain’t Too Late Show

at Unknown

The world’s first game show about our profound ecological challenges is starting right here in Indianapolis. It combines the talents of ecotainer Jim Poyser with the theatrical acumen of Sean Baker, Travis DiNicola and Karen Irwin. Designer Will McCarty and Producer William Fisher add their creative voices to the performance, which features an opening monologue by Poyser highlighting the month’s positive environment-related news, followed by a quiz show format where contestants can win valuable prizes from local merchants. Audience members are also treated to climate-change musical styling by Sean Baker and Karen Irwin, who collaborated on Karen’s recent Janis Joplin tribute concert, ‘A Piece of My Heart.’

The Ain’t Too Late Show grew out of an Indy Fringe performance by Jim Poyser, ‘Saving the World Thru Bumper Stickers,’ in August, 2013. Poyser, buoyed by this experience of creating a one-man comedy show about climate change (told through bumper stickers), decided to take it another step and create a game show format.
