More than 80 works of fine art photography will be on display at The Garfield Park Arts Center, each an interpretation of the theme “One Moment in Time” as the Indiana Photographic Society will mount their 8th annual exhibition. This year, the show will share the GPAC with student artwork from Emmerich Manuel High School. Beginning photography students in grades 9 – 12 will be showcasing their artwork in the lower level gallery. An opening reception will be held from 5PM – 7PM on Saturday, April 5, featuring live music and refreshments. The two shows will be open for viewing during all regular GPAC hours.
The GPAC is open: Tues, Wed, & Thurs, 3PM – 9PM; Fri, 10AM – 3PM; and Sat, 9AM – 4PM. Closed Sun, and Mon. The GPAC will also be closed on Friday, April 18.
