Known for performing delightfully modern new music from the 17th century, Quicksilver and its seven members are not new to the early music festival circuit.
Mentioned on The Huffington Post as “Breakthrough Album of the Year,” Quicksilver can also boast being mentioned by Fanfare Magazine as “technically expert, flexible in phrasing, and stylish in ornamentation, fully aware of this music’s rich sense of theatre.”
Quicksilver is currently working on a new album, Fantasticus, which will be released sometime in the spring.
Quicksilver takes the stage at the Harold and Marolyn Glick History Center on Sunday June 22 at 4 p.m. For additional information about the concert or Indianapolis Early Music, please visit http://emindy.org.
