When struggling writer Paul Varjak, moves into the apartment next to intriguing socialite Holly Golightly (Audrey Hepburn), the two develop a quirky relationship that is complicated by occupational hazards. Varjak is indebted to a society matron who is bankrolling his writing, and Golightly earns her living accompanying men and visiting a “client” in Sing Sing prison. This iconic romantic-comedy is both glamorous and witty. Based on the novel by Truman Capote, Breakfast at Tiffany’s earned Hepburn an Oscar for Best Actress.
