Six guests are invited to Hill House, a secluded New England mansion, for dinner and a murder mystery. As the guests arrive they are assigned pseudonyms for the evening to protect their identities, as they are all being blackmailed. Tim Curry stars as the hilarious butler Wadsworth, who assembles the group to expose the blackmailer, but instead finds himself solving multiple murders.
