IDADA First Friday - Indianapolis Music Scene

This month's theme for the IDADA First Friday gallery tour is local music as the Vonnegut Library is taking part in the Indiana Avenue Music Crawl. David Leander Williams, author of Indianapolis Jazz: The Masters, Legends and Legacy of Indiana, will discuss his book. Also, local music historian Stan Denski will talk about the upcoming Irvington Folk Festival (June 15-21). An exhibit of art based on music will be displayed by Adam White. Live music will be provided by Christian Taylor, The Woodlawn Boys, and a special guest.
