‘Love Me Anyway’ is a sun soaked drama about Danny, a lonely LGBT filmmaker leaves a San Francisco film festival early to visit his recently estranged brother Edie and sister-in-law, Esme, in Los Angeles. Upon arriving, he reconciles with his brother, over their parents divorce, while learning that Eddie and Esme’s marriage itself is now in shambles. Danny is distractied from his family drama by Eddie’s best friend, Devon, a blonde surfer dude and aspiring actor with an ambiguous sexual orientation. Meanwhile, Esme goes deeper into her extramarital affair with another woman. Eddie quietly tries to save his marriage while everyone else tries to see how much greener the grass actually is.
