Call for Submissions: Sierra Club Hoosier Chapter Art Show

Call for Submissions: Sierra Club Hoosier Chapter Art Show

Presented by Sierra Club Hoosier Chapter at Indiana Interchurch Center

The Sierra Club Hoosier Chapter invites amateur and professional artists, even non-artists, to create and submit new art for its annual exhibit at the Indiana Interchurch Center this fall.  The exhibition, A River Runs Through it: Connecting Life in Indiana to the Waters around Us, will feature art that explores the vital need for stewardship, sustainability, awareness, and advocacy for Indiana’s water. One of the exhibit’s goals is to broaden participation by including people who do not have extensive art background but who would like to express themselves on environmental issues they feel passionately about. Submissions are open to Sierra Club members and non-members.  The submission deadline is August 1, 2015.  See below for more information regarding submissions.

All exhibitors and Sierra Club members are invited to a reception at the Indiana Interchurch Center (1100 W. 42nd St., Indianapolis, IN) on Friday, September 18 at 6 PM
