In this class you will learn how to write the Japanese forms of haiku, senryu, haibun, tanka, and more. Learn the history, elements, and techniques of Japanese forms of poetry, as well as the various markets in which to publish these forms. Perhaps most importantly, learn why many poets consider haiku (and related Japanese forms) the most fun form of writing they have encountered.
