The exhibit will feature about 50 jazz photographs from the past 15 years or so. The musicians included in this exhibit are either from Indy, have lived in Indy, or have built their careers here. This exhibit will include the legendary folks with names like Freddie Hubbard, James Spaulding, Larry Ridley, Jimmy Coe & Slide Hampton, Mingo Jones, Al Colemanas well as many of the younger players on the scene today.

Author/Historian David Williams will be in attendance, signing copies of his book Indianapolis Jazz:: The Masters, Legends and Legacy of Indiana Avenue.  “I’m sure some of the folks featured in the book will be in attendance as well.”

In addition, Rob Dixon, Nick Tucker and Brian Yarde will be on hand to provide some great music throughout the night.
