HCAA artists will exhibit paintings in the Noblesville City Hall November 1 – 30, 2015. A tremendous group of talented artists reside in Hamilton County and are well represented by the juried artists of the Hamilton County Artists’ Association.  An important focus of the Hamilton County Artists’ Association is to increase awareness of and appreciation for the creative arts in the community. Enrich your day by stopping by City Hall to view this amazing art exhibit. Noblesville City Hall is open Mondays through Fridays from 8 am – 4:40 pm.
