Indianapolis City Market and Flat12 Bierwerks are set to announce the 2015 12 Beers and 12 Chefs of Christmas in the Flat12 Tasting Room on Monday, Nov. 2 at 6:00 p.m. The party is open to the 21+ public, and tours are provided to attendees interested in seeing behind the scenes at the rapidly expanding, Indianapolis-based brewery.

All 12 Chefs of Christmas will be in attendance to blindly draw one of the 12 Beers of Christmas brewed by Flat12 Bierwerks. These small-batch brews, brewed in the holiday spirit only once a year, will have daily releases in the Flat12 tasting room at 414 Dorman Street throughout the holiday season but the 12 Chefs of Christmas event on Dec. 12 is the only place that ALL 12 Beers of Christmas will be available at one time.

Once the chefs have drawn their Flat12 brew, they will choose their dish type on a fantasy football-style draft board featuring only three available slots for each of the following four categories: vegetarian, fish, meat, and dessert. 

The Pairing Party is the precursor to the 12 Chefs of Christmas event on Dec. 12 at 7:00 p.m. in the Indianapolis City Market main Market House. Tickets for the annual fund raiser will go on sale November 2 at 7:00 p.m. on www.brownpapertickets.com. Designated driver, general admission, and VIP tickets will be available.
