Abstract Art Dynamics

Abstract Art Dynamics

Presented by Art Bank Artists Studios and Gallery at Unknown

Abstract painter, Hilaire, will be the featured artist during January at the Art Bank. His show, “Abstract Art Dynamics,” will be showcased in the Feature Room, premiering January 1st, ringing in the New Year as part of the IDADA First Friday Art Tour, 6-9pm. Admission is free. In his work, Hilaire enjoys playing with color interactions, but also enjoys adding another dimension to his work, often by building structures with his canvases, so that they cascade off the wall with “the arc of a diver.”

About Hilaire

Based out of Terre Haute, Hilaire has made the Art Bank his Indianapolis art home. He is excited by the process of creating his art, the problems and resulting solutions he encounters while painting and constructing. “I am always fascinated by original ideas and creations,” said Hilaire. “Especially, abstract art has no limits, and I enjoy the experimentation and good accidents that happen! I want to create hybrid and functional works that can serve dual purposes.” He hopes that visitors to “Abstract Art Dynamics” will appreciate its innovative nature and feel inspired to look at paintings as more than just something hanging on a wall, but rather as an abstract cascade.
