A young painter and the desperate son of a prominent art dealer dabble in art forgery in Keith Bunin’s The Credeaux Canvas, a play that probes the intersection of art and truth, and ponders how both affect life and love.
Join us on December 10 in Gallery 924 at the Arts Council of Indianapolis for the first event in the SiteLines series. SiteLines events are one-night-only pairings of interest groups with discussion-sparking play readings featuring top-notch plays and actors. The first event in this free series features a play likely to resonate with visual artists and patrons interested in contemporary art.
The Credeaux Canvas, originally staged at New York’s Playwrights Horizons, features Clay Mabbitt, Jolene Mentinks Moffitt, Colin McCord, and Ann Marie Elliott.
