The North Central High School Orchestras presents the Tootsie Pops Concert and Music Festival February 5th starting at 5:30 with concert at 6:30. This concert program is especially designed to introduce pre-school and elementary children to the sounds and sights of orchestral music. There will be crafts and “Petting Zoo” of instruments giving children the chance to try different instruments. Tickets are $5 per person.
