Preschoolers and families are invited for a morning of music and fun with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra as it performs “The Big Note,” an original story by ISO violinist Victoria Griswold. It features five ISO musicians playing excerpts from works of Rossini, Saint Saens and Rimsky-Korsakov and narrated by Perry Accetturo of the ISO Learning Community. Young children can move like trains and sway like trees as they participant in the adventure of a young boy’s search through a symphony orchestra to find the big note. They will engage in movement activities that will be integrated into the telling of the story. Stuffed friends are welcome to attend! Call 275-4222 to register.
