In this class, we will explore multiple art mediums that will help you use your creative gifts in positive and meditative ways. We will start with making an art journal to record the creative processes we investigate. We will then explore watercolor and natural made mandalas, plus get our hands working with clay, collages, expressive painting, painting to music, and much, much more!
