Primary Gallery is pleased to present a solo exhibition featuring the latest body of work from Emily Gable. Her most recent artworks showcase a small glimpse into Gable’s world of the Female Warrior and finds inspiration from underground artist R. Crumb and Bay Area artist Margaret Kilgallen. The exhibit will include murals, paintings, and sculptures.
Gable studied painting at the Herron School of Art and Design and is currently involved in the art collectives ‘Know No Stranger’ and ‘The Droops’. Finding joy in the simple things, Gable appreciates hand-painted straight lines, unique patterns as well as the pleasures derived from living in Indianapolis.
